Overview
Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) students is actively involved with assisting senior citizens anf the community in becoming computer literate. Participants will gain knowledge of both computer hardware and software. With the assistance of SIFE, Destiny Christian Center will provide classroom and computers with necessary software and hardware.
SIFE developed and distributed to attendees a pretest to determine their level of computer literacy. The pretest will provide the information so the team can develop separate groups if necessary in accordance with level of computer literacy.
Currently, there are classes every week assisting the adults. Participants are very appreciative of the workshops. The enrollment has doubled for the workshops and the SIFE team is now setting up extended classes to accomodate the community.
